LIRR 7168 is making its way up the hill out of Lakeland Park heading into Ronkonkoma station.

As Long Island 7632 finishes the morning in to Ronkonkoma train station. Then it's off to the car wash for a quick cleaning. That it's into the yard to await the westbound rush.

7579 is done for the time being that is being ready for the waiting rush-hour to head back west

The workhorse of the "route of the dashing commuter" is the Bombardier M7, seen flying through Forest Hills.
